Meet Anjali Mishra - Clinical Process Associate

1.) What does your role as a Clinical Process Associate at MRN entail on a day-to-day basis?

As a Clinical Process Associate, I liaise with the nursing team closely, particularly the Research Nurse Managers, to ensure data collection is of a high standard and as required. I perform Visit Referral Form checks and in turn, assist in the compilation of Data Clarification Forms, with their training and guidance. I am also in regular contact with the Project Team and the Project Support Associates, who are the main conduit between the Home Trial Support Nurses and the Country Lead as they filter the Data Clarification Forms to the nurses for their response.

Furthermore, I perform compliance checks according to the MRN procedures, the purpose of which is to ensure the nurses’ training documentation and credentials are duly completed and fully executed in a sequential manner and are accessible prior to patient visits.

I also perform monthly nursing spot checks and present the highlight reports at Nursing Teams meetings as needed.

2.) In your opinion, what makes a great Clinical Process Associate at MRN?

The ideal Clinical Process Associate should be able to work effectively within a team as well as independently. They should have good communication skills, attention to details and challenge themselves and their co-workers to grow within the company. A good team needs to trust and respect each other’s opinion and have a shared commitment to both individual and company success. The work can be quite demanding at times, and it is important for individuals to be able to support their colleagues when needed with the workload, to voice any concerns, and to look after one another.

3.)  What first attracted you to MRN?

I came to know about MRN via an agency partner. I have been working with MRN for nearly a year and a half now, and I haven’t looked back since.

I love spending time with my colleagues, who believe in me and what I am trying to achieve. I am constantly surrounded by people who encourage me to accomplish my goals and I enjoy taking on new challenges daily and learning from others.
