As a Clinical Data Manager, you will lead the set up and configuration of Clinical Systems on MRNs operational projects to ensure that the MRN is capturing the required clinical data for the trial in a way that ensures high data quality and efficient provision to the trial Sponsor.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with MRN commercial groups to discuss clinical system capabilities and requirements with new and existing clients.
  • Partnering directly with Clients on awarded projects to capture technical requirements in systems such as:
  • eSource – field content, data transmission processes, and EDC integration needs.
  • Telemedicine – including device and system needs, scheduling considerations, and system limitations.
  • Medical Devices – digital endpoint suggestion, implement novel devices on trials, ensure proper data management.
  • Managing MRNs visit documentation software, including generating organization spanning templates and creating project specific visit capture forms.
  • Validating project specific clinical system builds with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identifying further levels of system development, additional data capture methods, or integration and liaise with the Clinical Systems team to implement any desired changes
  • Acting as an internal escalation point for project related delivery issues (Second Line Support).

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications…

We are looking for a talented and experienced Clinical Data professional who is highly analytical, creative and who loves solving complex challenges!

It’s essential you have the following:

  • Prior experience in developing and implementing configuration led clinical systems such as Telemedicine, eSource, eCOA/ePRO, IXRS within a GCP environment.
  • Previous experience of delivering solutions that support Virtual or Decentralised clinical trials.
  • Line management experience, including remote teams
