Our Internal Nurse Network (INN) acts as an internal vendor to support Home Trial Support and Site Nurse Support projects in countries of strategic value. INN achieve this by directly recruiting nurses or contracting with external partners to source additional nursing resource as required.
About the role…
As a Director of INN (UK/EU) you will lead on the day-to-day operational control of the INN services across the UK and EU countries.
The successful candidate will provide input on the acceptance of trials into Europe and the UK, ensuring the trials are consistent with EU/UK medical regulations, MRN EU/UK capabilities, and capacity.
In conjunction with the senior management team, the Director of INN EU/UK will contribute to the development of the global INN strategy and resource plans, as well as overseeing the implementation of strategies and resourcing in EU/UK to deliver global objectives.
This role is also responsible for developing and achieving the EU/UK performance and reporting requirements, objectives and KPIs.

We are looking for a talented individual who is flexible, adaptable and has a natural tenacity for solving complex issues. It is important that you think strategically on a global scale and are able to work in a fast pace and changing environment.
It’s essential you have the following:
- Be a Qualified/Registered Nurse
- A degree level education, or have a comparable level of experience
- Prior experience within the clinical trials arena is essential (operational, regulatory and process knowledge is required)
- In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP guiding principals
- Previous line management experience is essential, ideally managing remote teams based across multiple locations and cultures
- Exposure and/or knowledge of decentralized/remote clinical trials is a significant advantage
