Where within the MRN will I be working…

The key aim of our Corporate Support Office team is to provide executive level administrative support to Board Members and other senior members of the team across the organisation.

About the role…

As an Executive Assistant, you will actively help the team manage their strategic objectives and goals, ensuring they have all the support they need to effectively deliver.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining Outlook calendars, schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, communication, presentations and other documents as required.
  • Ensuring that all documentation is prepared to a high quality
  • Organising, attending, recording, transcribing and distributing minutes of meetings.
  • Assisting in the collation of metrics from team members to prepare weekly/monthly reports
  • Assisting with functional support when required for example to collating data / research cost effective solutions, manage teams central filing system and archiving etc.
  • Producing contract administration, following processes and procedures for filing client contracts, paying particular attention to version tracking.
  • Supporting the preparation of contracts for audit purposes.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications…

We are looking for talented and collaborative EA/PA professional who can adapt to changing priorities quickly and effectively, who is detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial environment.

It’s essential you have the following:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • The ability to manage a busy workload, successfully prioritising and delivering against deadlines when needed.
  • The ability to establish and develop key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
  • A high level of proficiency with MS Office suite and experience of managing virtual meetings using Zoom, MS Teams or similar.
  • Knowledge of monday.com or similar management tools to assist planning, tracking and delivering tasks across different functions with shared goals.
  • Experience of working with Salesforce or another CRM.
  • A background within the life science arena would be an advantage, but not essential.
