Where within the MRN will I be working…

The key aim of our Corporate Support Office team is to provide executive level administrative support to Board Members and other senior members of the team across the organisation.

About the role…

As an Executive Assistant, you will actively help the Business Quality Development team manage their strategic objectives and goals, ensuring they have all the support they need to effectively deliver. This includes the Corporate Development Office, IT, Learning and Development and Quality and Compliance Management functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing executive level administrative support
  • Gaining knowledge to support the successful delivery of the team strategy, objectives and goals.
  • Effectively representing the team brand internally to other MRN functions and externally to clients, vendors and suppliers.
  • The ability to think ahead and offer creative solutions and options to achieve achieve desirable outcomes.
  • Managing and maintaining Outlook calendars, schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
  • Arranging and coordinating meetings and events
  • Organising, attending, recording, transcribing and distributing minutes of meetings (utilising a collaboration tool, such as Confluence).
  • Monitoring, screening, responding to and distributing communications.
  • Interacting with external clients as needed.
  • Assisting in the collation of metrics to prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Editing, proofreading and formatting documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications…

We are looking for a talented and collaborative Executive Assistant professional who can adapt to changing priorities quickly and effectively, who is detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial environment.

It’s essential you have the following:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • The ability to manage a busy and varied workload, successfully prioritising and delivering against deadlines.
  • The ability to establish and develop key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
  • A high level of proficiency with MS Office suite and experience of managing virtual meetings using Zoom, MS Teams or similar.
  • Knowledge of Confluence or similar management tools to assist planning, tracking and delivering tasks across different functions with shared goals.
  • Experience of working with Salesforce or another CRM (ideal but not essential)
