About the role…

The Integration Engineer will be focused on middleware administration – managing and maintaining the platform, undertaking updates, developing new connectivity and providing guidance to MRN staff. You will also assist in scoping requirements and determining approach for key systems development, providing technical insight to the connectivity, providing insights and assist the team and advising the business on the integration capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Architecting and designing integrations between cloud-based services
  • Lead the evaluation of business and technical requirements; review project vision and approach; provide early solution evaluation around gaps and risks
  • Collaborating on the collection user stories and requirements from users for enhancements
  • Developing and documenting cloud-based integration services and infrastructure
  • Maintaining secure, efficient, scalable, resilient, reliable, highly available and compliant systems integrations
  • Response and correction to identified integrated system incidents following the MRN support processes.
  • Identifying system faults/problems and planning for resolution or workaround to enhance system stability
  • Identifying and delivering new capabilities into the MRN to meet its strategic objectives
  • Provide training for new IT users of our middleware platform and develop the technical teams’ skills through mentoring and training on the platform

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications…

We are looking for talented individuals who are strategically minded, great at problem-solving, creative, and experts in troubleshooting.

It’s Essential you have:

  • Integration experience with a middleware software e.g Snaplogic, Dell boomi, Mulesoft, Informatica
  • Knowledge of API Management and API Gateway Technologies
  • Good understanding of system development processes and requirements
  • Good understanding of data management processes and requirements
