Where within the MRN will I be working…

You will be part of the talented IT Applications team here at MRN who are focused on helping the ongoing growth of the business from manual systems to digital delivery. You will be predominately working with a tailored Salesforce and Business Intelligence platform and continue to ensure both operational and strategic delivery

About the role…

As an IT Applications Support Analyst, you will provide the following:

  • Second line support of multiple systems, supporting tier 1 and escalating to tier 3 where required.
  • Administration of multiple systems for project rollout and ongoing assistance
  • Ensure operation of systems at a level outlined in the company service level agreements
  • Work to develop user documentation
  • Help to create and maintain systems training programs

Duties include:

  • Develop, document and implement changes to systems based on requests for change
  • Design, develop and maintain systems documentation for internal applications.
  • Investigate, diagnose and solve system related issues
  • Maintain systems security and integrity in compliance with company procedures
  • Test upgrades to systems
  • Install and deploy upgrades and new systems as required
  • Schedule maintenance of systems to ensure minimal disruption of service to the business.
  • Maintain a record all activities, log all results and document technical activities undertaken.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications…

We are looking for talented individuals who thrive in a very busy environment. Highly analytical, numerate, self-motivated and have skills in influencing and persuading.

It’s Essential you have:

  • Proven work experience as a Support Analyst, IT technician or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of systems and analytical thinking
  • Familiarity with administration of systems in a support and development environment
  • Expertise in MS Office 365 systems

Role based: Milton Keynes, with flexible working options
