As the Nurse Selection Advisor, you will assist the INNUS team by acting as the critical conduit between HTS Nurses and the MRN. The Nurse Allocation Advisor – INNUS will do this by providing scheduling support for the INN and Vendor nurses alike. This person will serve as a liaison to other key departments within the MRN.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaise with the INN Recruitment Analyst to ensure the proper selection of the INN nurse to the assigned study
  • Coordinates, monitors, and adjusts visit schedules for INN and vendor nurses as required; including managing annual leave and sick leave
  • Make initial point of contact to the INN nurse after handover from onboarding
  • Enter the initial visit date into the Nurse Study Detail Sheet to populate all succeeding visits; enter into Salesforce and internal tracker(s)
  • Determine round trip travel time from nurses’ homes to patients’ homes; populate the Travel Declaration Form accurately and distribute to INN nurse(s), Study Training, and all other relevant stakeholders
  • Propose studies to INN nurses with accuracy and efficiency; ensuring the INN nurse lives within proper travel distance from patient
  • Provide INN nurses with 48 business-hours to respond to initial study proposal; refer back to the INN Recruitment Analyst as necessary
  • Review any general questions with the INN nurse that arise; refer the nurse to the NCCLs and/or CCLs for study, visit, or clinical related questions
  • Liaise with project team, study training team, and/or non-clinical and clinical country leads to send appropriate documentation
  • Utilize Salesforce and MS Excel with accuracy to track all necessary visits and nurse details
  • Be able to timely, accurately manage the scheduling and training of INN nurses to ensure visits are staffed accordingly
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with HTS nurses
  • Build exceptional relationships with each HTS nurse
  • Work collaboratively with all MRN functions

Experience:

  • At least one year of experience in nurse/HCP scheduling
  • Intermediate experience in MS Office Suite
  • Beginner to intermediate experience with Salesforce
