We now looking for a Proposals & Pricing Associate to join our committed and talented UK team!
About the role…
As the Proposals & Pricing Associate, you will support the generation of compelling client proposals, and change in scopes across all MRN services, globally. The role will have responsibility for budget and proposal creation in line with the scope of work including mapping of budget into client templates as required. It will also include budget finalization for contract and subsequent changes in scope.
The Proposals & Pricing Associate will be responsible for.
-Proposal creation for all allocated sales opportunities, globally
-Completion of Requests for Information in collaboration with other department representatives
-Budget creation in line with the scope of work and proposal; mapping of budget into client templates as required
-Amendments and revision of proposals as per client and commercial development team requests
-Liaison with internal MRN teams including project management, clinical services, vendor contracts management, and others to obtain functional input for proposals and budgets for proposals, contracts and change in scopes
-Budget amendments as per client and internal requests for contract finalization and changes in scopes
-Liaison with the Commercial Development Team, Client, and Operational Group Heads to define and document the scope of work
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications…
We are looking for someone with accomplished communication skills, both written and verbal with a customer, commercial and solution focussed approach. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is required due to the content creation required for the proposals. As you will be working with internal teams, a collaborative nature is also required.
Requirements
-Degree in life science, pharmacy, nursing, or relevant discipline, or equivalent by experience
-Prior commercial experience of sales/business development, proposal writing, or budget creation experience
-Competent user of MS Office software, advanced level MS Excel.
-Previous experience in the clinical research or pharmaceutical arena
-Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Clinical Trial Methodology (CTM)
