About the role…

As part of MRN IT strategy and to maximise the usage and effectiveness of the Salesforce system, a dedicated Salesforce Support Associate is needed. MRN uses the classic CRM parts of salesforce and has also launched a number of bespoke applications/flows leveraging the Salesforce platform to support MRN core business processes.

The Salesforce Support Associate will primarily be focused on Salesforce end user support and training – including creating ad-hoc list views, reports, and dashboards. There will be an opportunity for continuous learning via trailhead and working towards initial or additional Salesforce certification can be supported.

Key responsibilities:

  • Daily processing and management of Salesforce support tickets via the MRN in house helpdesk ticketing system
  • Most common areas of support include; user access management, issue investigation, additional end-user-training to enable list view/reports/dashboard best practice, etc.
  • Provide training for new users of the Salesforce platform
  • Creation and maintenance of end user training documentation
  • Help in identifying common system issues and documenting these for escalation to the development team
  • Assisting in collecting enhancement requests from end users
  • Ability to create on-demand and schedule reports to satisfy departmental requests

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications…

We are looking for talented individuals who thrive in a very busy environment. Proactive, so they are able to identify problems and propose solutions and have a strong analytical ability with a data driven strategic mind-set

It is Essential you have the following:

  • Strong experience as a Salesforce “super user”
  • Experience of end user training, 1-2-1 and group sessions
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator an advantage but not essential
