About the role…

We are now looking for a talented Senior Change and Process Lead to join our team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The Senior Change and Process Lead is responsible for the successful development, implementation and roll out of change projects across the business by managing the project timelines, scope, and budget.

The Senior Change and Process Lead will use change management best practice to facilitate and oversee the development and release of all changes within their project scope to provide maximum value to the business while balancing the businesses’ metabolism for change. This will include conducting process impact assessments, facilitating the design of process and system changes, and effectively communicating the project to all stakeholder levels to ensure the changes are visible and well understood within the organisation and that any resistance to the change is managed effectively and efficiently.

The Senior Change and Process Lead will support the Director of Continuous Improvement with the development and implementation of a process centric and change ready culture within MRN using a Process Modelling System and Change Management Principles.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications…

  • Proven track record of successfully leading change and process improvement projects
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in qualitative data gathering and interpretation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Change management knowledge
  • Experience embedding transformational change
  • Prior experience using BPMN 2.0 Process Diagrams (or other modelling languages) and using Business Process Modelling software
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or other process improvement certifications would be preferable

Key Competencies:

  • Ability to influence others, manage group dynamics, and facilitate complex workshops
  • Adaptable to changing priorities
  • Ability to convert challenging problems into clear plans; rapidly understand complex business challenges and draw conclusions in a logical manner
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; able to organize insights into logical flows to enable impact storytelling

Where: This role will be based in the UK (remote and hybrid working options are available)

Contract type: This is a full-time, 12 month Fixed Term Contract
