The Visit Management team are responsible for any upcoming home visits. This means ensuring we have nurses in place and that they have required supplies and equipment, and that we have received all the right referral forms. We make sure that everything is in place to ensure visits can be completed successfully and chase outstanding items to make it happen.

About the role…

The Site Relationship Manager will support the Director, Site Relationship Management in the creation of a site relationship strategy within MRN to build new site relationships, improve relationships with existing sites, increase and maintain site engagement to drive maximum patient referrals and visits.  Site Relationship Manager will work cross-functionally with internal departments and external resources to promote and develop initiatives. Site Relationship Manager will create therapeutic Patient Advocacy group strategies aligned to support MRN’s Home Trial Support services.

Other duties in this role include, but not limited too:

    • Develop a portfolio aligned clinical / research site relationship strategy
      • Data analysis to identify therapeutic/ portfolio area trends
      • Identifying KOLs and influential sites to build relationships
      • Site communication plan
      • Educating sites on MRN services to increase site engagement, patient referrals and visits
      • Maintain regular communications with investigator sites to gain insight into recruitment and retention status while building site relationships
    • Portfolio level responsibility for building and retaining site relationships from initial engagement through the lifecycle of MRN involvement
    • Serve as portfolio level subject matter expert (SME) for all site related matters
    • Collaborates with country leads for country specific site intelligence and co-ordination of site surveys
    • Manage and assess site level metrics across portfolio
    • Supports project management with site level communications, e-blasts, newsletters
    • Support site trainings as required
    • Portfolio level site escalation point of contact
      • Ensuring sites receive necessary support on issue resolution, both quickly and effectively
    • Involvement in workstreams for companywide, continuous improvement initiatives
    • Develops strategic plans for each identified patient advocacy organization that supports patients within MRN therapeutic areas
    • Collaborates with key stakeholder groups including, but not limited to, Business Development and Marketing, to develop regional and country specific patient advocacy strategic and tactical plans while ensuring alignment and integration with approved global strategic imperatives and associated operating plans
    • Serves as an ambassador of MRN services in patient education and support, drug development, approval, appropriate use, and access to optimal care
    • Linking appropriate patient groups with the information and resources needed to support patients and caregivers to advocate for appropriate care
    • Facilitating the sharing of best practices among global, regional, and local patient and other advocacy organizations in line with HTS services

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications…

We are looking for talented individuals who understand the pressures of working at a Research/ Clinical site. Someone who is a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

It’s Essential you have:

  • Proven experience as a Site Relationship Manager or similar role at a Research Site
  • Experience of implementing centrally designed and developed initiatives on a local basis
  • A Clinical / Nursing background
