About the role…

We are looking for a committed and reliable Supplies Associate to join our US team on a part-time basis for a 6 month period. As a Supplies Associate, you will support the Supplies Manager with ensuring the effective and timely management and delivery of nurse supplies.

The Supplies Associate will be responsible for:

  • Processing, packaging and shipping orders accurately
  • Organising stock and maintaining inventory
  • Inspecting products for defects and damages
  • Examining ingoing and outgoing shipments
  • Organizing supplies storage space
  • Receiving, unloading and placing incoming inventory items appropriately
  • Supporting the Supplies Manager with the planning, management and co-ordination of all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications…

  • Previous experience of working in a busy warehouse or supplies packing environment
  • Ability to demonstrate effective problem-solving and decision making, working independently if needed
  • Excellent partnering and collaboration skills across both internal and external teams
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Competent user of MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Teams

Where: This role is 100% office based from our Head Office in Crownhill, Milton Keynes.

Contract Type: This is a 6-month, part-time contract position
