Talent Acquisition Manager – INNUS

As the Talent Acquisition Manager INNUS, your responsibility will be to successfully support the INNUS (Internal Nurse Network U.S.) Talent Acquisitions operations strategy and lead a team to deliver processes and programs that enable MRN to acquire the best healthcare professional talent.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with the Global Head Talent Acquisition – INN to assess, create and deliver the most cost-effective candidate attraction strategy aligned to both immediate and long-term business requirements
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to identify top talent and meet recruiting objectives
  • Design a selection matrix focused on proactive sourcing channels to proactively create a qualified talent pool in readiness for future needs
  • Continually review and research new ways of working to ensure the continued success of attraction methods and processes
  • Proactively seek to enhance the presence of MRN as an Employer of Choice in the US and ensure an excellent candidate experience
  • Partner with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition – INN to review and develop an effective recruitment process (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting) for INNUS nurses
  • Oversee the day-to-day functions of the Talent Acquisition Advisor(s) – INN and People Advisor(s) – INN
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with INNUS team and other key stakeholders to the department
  • Design prospective social media campaign to attract INNUS nurses in partnership with Marketing
  • Ensure all local, state, and federal employment laws are being followed and monitor for updates accordingly
  • Partner with INN Recruitment Analyst to report on pertinent recruitment metrics
  • Completion of Weekly Recruitment Updates with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition – INN to share progress, updates, challenges and ideas for continuous improvements

Experience:

  • 4+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition with 1 years’ experience leading and developing a team of Recruiters and/or Recruiting Administrators
  • Previous experience of successfully attracting, selecting and onboarding Nursing (or other healthcare professionals in the United States (ideally per diem or contracted)
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare arena (ideally within clinical trials or homecare) and key recruitment challenges
  • In-depth and current knowledge of US working regulations and State guidelines
  • Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities – internal and external
  • Focus on delivering a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Previous use of a wide range of attraction and recruitment channels, techniques, platforms is essential
  • Good level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
