About the role…

The Vendor Contracts Administrator will specifically lead on the creation of project documents and filing systems, ensuring all vendor documentation is complete and audit ready and working closely with the MRN project teams to ensure management of equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creation of project documentation and filing systems
  • Creation of Request for Proposals and Contracts from templates
  • Reviewing vendor costs against standards
  • Assist in identification of new vendors as required
  • Creation of required contract documents from templates
  • Creating document packs for vendor meetings
  • Collating meeting notes and filing
  • Ensure all vendor documentation is complete prior to qualification
  • Ensuring all vendor documentation is up to date and audit ready
  • Gathering information and metrics for vendor governance meeting
  • Collating meeting notes and filing
  • Invoice reconciliation
  • Invoice tracking
  • Organising the dispatch and collection of equipment for projects
  • Equipment tracking and stock take
  • Maintain record of identified vendors
  • Assess and document vendor capability
  • Support qualification and approval process
  • Completion of Travel and Out of Hours forms per subject nurse combination
  • Time sheet reconciliation
  • Metric collection

It’s Essential you have:

  • Experience working within a fast paced administrative role
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Packages
