The Vendor Contracts Management team is to contract vendors (nursing vendors, couriers, equipment vendors, providers for external services) for Home Trial Support and Site Nurse Support projects and monitor their performance.
About the role…
As a Vendor Contracts Associate, you will be leading the search and qualification of new vendors, collating and analysing the required data, managing meetings between MRN colleagues and Vendor personnel and taking part in the assessment of information and related decisions on Vendor Governance. You will build trusted and mutually beneficial relationship with vendors, maximising contract opportunities for both parties. Once engaged, you will work in partnership to finalise project scope, create RFP documentation and costings requirements and then negotiate, agree and execute contracts.

We are looking for talented individuals who thrive in a very busy environment. Highly analytical, numerate, self-motivated and have skills in influencing and persuading.
It’s Essential you have:
- A degree or equivalent – science based would be beneficial
- Basic knowledge of the clinical trials environment
- Basic knowledge of procurement process
- Experience in use of CRM’s
- Good familiarity with MS Word & Excel
