1) What do you enjoy about your role?

I enjoy the variety of tasks, responsibilities, and the team I work with. The opportunity to support the team’s workload and their development is important for me, as the workload can be heavy at times.

2) What keeps you at MRN?

The people. MRN has a very healthy work culture and so many great people. The fact that nothing stays the same for very long keeps things interesting and I have been granted so much flexibility over the years, particularly during very challenging times in my family life. I have been trusted and supported to do my job and would certainly have had to leave years ago if I’d not been given the flexibility and not been shown such kindness and understanding.

Dynamic, Resilient, and Committed.

4) How does MRN support you to achieve your career and personal goals?

I have received encouragement and support to develop in the areas I need to and been given opportunities to progress as the business has grown.
