Our recruitment team will be in touch with you if you have met all the essential criteria for the role you have applied to. This is a formal conversation so they can get to understand your breadth of experience/capabilities, and to share some more information regarding the opportunity itself. This is also a great time for you to ask them any questions you may have.
Upon selection of an interview, our recruitment team will contact you directly to inform you of the next steps. Our interviews are designed for the role you have applied for, to help us assess your skills, behaviours and capabilities. To enable us to discover your potential, if you reach a final stage interview you will be asked to complete a short behavioural assessment (don’t worry it’s not a test). For senior hires, candidates will also be asked to complete a cognitive assessment.
If you are successful after an interview, our recruitment team will contact you with further details of the offer.
If you are unsuccessful after an interview, our recruitment team will offer you the chance to receive constructive feedback.
