I like my co-workers and the value the flexibility of working from home. I like that I am not micromanaged, but at the same time I always have support if I need it.

Supportive, Trusting, and Collaborative

3) What advice would you give to someone who is joining MRN?

I think relationships are very important. It’s good to get to know everyone on your team and outside of your team as well.
