1) What is the core purpose of your role and your key responsibilities?

I am the Talent Acquisition Advisor for Healthcare Professional recruitment in the United States. I am responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting skilled, dedicated, and experienced Nurses that are enthusiastic about being patient advocates.

2) What do you enjoy about your role?

I love being able to engage with and meet experienced and motivated individuals. The best part of the role is offering a position to somebody who is looking forward to impacting our patients on a 1:1 basis.

3) What first attracted you to MRN and why did you choose to join us?

Working within the field of clinical research was very appealing, along with the ability to work from home. My past role was a Medical Assistant and I loved working with patients on a 1:1 level. I still can do this but with the flexibility of working remotely.

4) How does MRN support you to achieve your career and personal goals?

I am grateful for my team and especially my line manager, as I am always being challenged. I am currently enrolled in the MRN Management Development programme, as well as discussing alternatives for career development. I am a lifelong learner and enjoy pursuing additional education, so this continued development is really important to me.
