1) What is the core purpose of your role and your key responsibilities?
I’m a Change Manager Associate which means I facilitate Continuous Improvement projects by way of running workshops, supporting process development, project planning, stakeholder engagement, benefits analysis, internal communication, and training, among other things!
2) What first attracted you to MRN and why did you choose to join us?
I was made aware of MRN through a friend (and now colleague!) and was attracted to its forward thinking, innovative culture. I was also looking for a business who would recognize my skills and enable me to grow and progress. The company values appealed to me and my interaction with Francesca in the People team sealed the deal. I wanted in!
3) How does MRN support you to achieve your career and personal goals?
Regular 121s with my line manager and director really support my development goals. The approachability of other senior management team members allows me to express my goals and so far, I have received nothing but support.
4) What advice would you give to someone who is joining MRN?
You’ve made a good choice. You will likely need to hit the ground running but don’t panic just lean into it. That’s why this is a great company to work for…. constant forward momentum!!
