1)What do you enjoy about your role?
The variety of challenges regularly faced and being able to apply my previous knowledge and experience to help deliver solutions, gives me a real sense of pride. Working with the people in my team, and across the wider MRN network is something I really enjoy. Opportunities to work in new technologies and solutions and develop is something that keeps me engaged.
2)What first attracted you to MRN and why did you choose to join us?
I’ll be honest in that when I first saw the advertised position my knowledge of the decentralised clinical trial industry was limited to say the least. After some initial research, I was excited at the opportunity in playing a role in such a company that is at the forefront in helping the development of new drug solutions that will ultimately change people’s lives for the better.
3)How does MRN support you to achieve your career and personal goals?
Through multiple opportunities to take on new challenges outside of my immediate role I can continually enhance my skill set and experience in different areas to develop my career and personal goals. This is fostered by my manager in regular 1-2-1’S and training resources.
4)What advice would you give to someone who is joining MRN?
MRN loves acronyms (there are loads), which at first can be a bit daunting and can feel like learning a new language! Don’t worry about remembering them all straight away, you will soon become fluent without even trying.
