About the role…
We are now looking for a talented Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Madrid, Spain. The objective of the role is to deal provide support to each of the service desk customer organizations by resolving tickets that are passed to the service desk in a timely and helpful way so that the customer has a positive experience from the MRN service or system being used.
The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for.
- Deal with allocated tickets in a timely manner and ensure that the required ticket data is kept up to date throughout the ticket lifecycle
- Ensure that all requests have a ticket associated with them and request one to be raised if there isn’t
- Analyse the requirement of the ticket to offer the most suitable advice to the ticket owner or perform the task requested
- Interact with the ticket owner for further information required to be able to analyse or action the ticket
- Support MRN Technologies Senior Management team and Line Manager with additional tasks outside of tickets when required
- Provide local office support when required
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications…
- Proven work experience as a Systems Analyst, Support Analyst, IT technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of systems and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with administration of systems in a support and development environment
- Excellent organisational and analytical abilities.
- Outstanding problem solver
- Good written and verbal communication skills
