If you are selected for an interview, a member of the Talent Acquisition team will reach out to you with details about next steps. Our interview process is thoughtfully designed to align with the specific role you’ve applied for, allowing us to effectively assess your experience, skills, and potential.

A typical process could include:

1st Stage Interview:

• Duration: Approximately 45 mins
• Format: Conducted over MS Teams as a video call
• Interview style: Introduction, a review of your CV, and a skills-based conversation with the Hiring Manager. This stage offers valuable insights into the role, the team, and MRN as an organisation.

Online behavioural assessment:

If successful at this stage, you’ll be asked to complete a brief online behavioural assessment. It’s quick, painless, and helps us gain a deeper understanding of you—it’s not about right or wrong answers, just another layer of insight.

Final Stage Interview:

• Duration: Up to 90 minutes.
• Format: MS Teams video call or in person, depending on the role requirements.
• Interview style: Competency-based interview, potentially with a task/presentation. We will provide you with plenty of notice and lots of guidance and support.
