About the role…

We are now looking for a talented Visit Delivery Associate to join our team on a full time, 6 month fixed term contract. As the Visit Delivery Associate, you will provide proactive and comprehensive support to the Visit Delivery team in the Home Trial Support Business Unit. To ensure the successful facilitation and delivery of the MRN services by partnering with external vendor teams, Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and clinical trial sites through all stages, Visit and site lifecycles from onboarding, training, coordination, relationship management to closeout and offboarding.

The Visit Delivery Associate will be responsible for.

  • Proactively maintaining site engagement and communication.
  • Successfully onboarding sites by conducting site training and completing all supporting documentation.
  • Efficiently and accurately processing patient documentation in compliance with Data Privacy Regulations.
  • Collaborating with the HCP Selection team to ensure appropriate HCP allocation is completed as per the HCP identification strategy.
  • Partnering with the relevant Vendor Services team to ensure HCPs are suitably equipped with ancillary supplies and study equipment.
  • Supporting Country Leads and HCPs through the study training process: assigning training, monitoring completion, and processing all post training documentation.
  • Sending HCP documents including CVs, training logs, signed delegation logs to site prior to the first visit conducted by an HCP.
  • Coordinating and tracking day-to-day activities for HCPs; ensuring visit scheduling, post-visit confirmations and visit data are received by all relevant parties as required and within agreed timelines.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications…

Essential

  • Previous experience of successfully working in an administrative, coordinator or project support role within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Competent user of MS Office suite and Salesforce (or related)
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal.
  • Collaborating and partnering.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Planning and prioritising, within defined and conflicting timelines.

Desirable

  • Degree level education or equivalent by experience.
  • Prior exposure to healthcare or clinical research would be advantageous.

Where: The role can be office or remote based (depending on your location). Our office is located in Deerfield, IL.

Type: The role is a full time, 6 month fixed term contract.
